Applied AI · Solutions Architect
I use emerging technology to build systems that deliver.
I'm helping Customers use AI technology to build real solutions that people can actually rely on, at AirOps and in the tools and writing here. Bias for ownership and action.
I've spent my career focused on taking ownership of something complex and messy and engineering it into a system that delivers measurable value. It started in supply chain, industrial engineering, labor management, warehouse execution. Now it's AI agents, content engineering, and answer-engine optimization. The domain can change, but the process doesn't.
